Small cohorts · Final & pre-final year ₹300 launch offer
BEACON AIShows you the exact skills employers are asking for — while you still have time to earn them.

Your CGPA is fine.
Nobody explained how hiring works.

Placement season arrives, everyone panics, and the students who get picked are the ones who understood the game a semester earlier. We hand you that semester of unfair advantage — mocks, resume, real market clarity, and adults who'll tell you the truth.

✓ Three tracks from ₹999 ₹1,299 ✓ ₹300 launch offer at enrollment ✓ 10% of CTC applies only to Placement Partner, after placement
The uncomfortable bit

The degree isn't the problem.
The preparation gap is.

Nobody in your college is going to sit you down and explain what a hiring manager is actually screening for. Four years of syllabus, zero hours on this. That's the gap we close.

“My resume has my CGPA, my school, and three projects I can't explain.”
Pre-final year · CSE
A project you can't narrate is worth zero marks in an interview. We make one project genuinely tellable.
“I freeze the second the camera turns on. I know the answer, it just doesn't come out.”
Final year · IT
Freezing is a rehearsal problem, not an intelligence problem. Mock after mock until the nerves get boring.
“My college has barely any placement drives. What am I supposed to do — wait?”
Final year · Tier-3 college
Off-campus isn't a backup plan, it's a skill. We hand you the playbook and the templates.

The Climb

Same five steps.
Timed to your semester.

Professionals and students walk the identical map at LaunchPact — we just start yours earlier, because you have something they don't: runway.

STEP 01 JOIN Where you honestly stand STEP 02 BUILD Resume, LinkedIn, one real project STEP 03 TRAIN Aptitude, tech & HR mocks STEP 04 FACE Campus drives + off-campus STEP 05 WIN Compare offers, pick right
Step 01 · Join
An honest starting score

Aptitude and technical baseline in real drive format, plus a conversation about which roles actually suit you. Uncomfortable, useful, over in a week.

Month 1
Step 02 · Build
A resume that isn't a template

Full resume and LinkedIn rebuild, plus we pick one project and make it genuinely presentable — something you can defend for ten minutes without sweating.

Months 1–2
Step 03 · Train
Rehearse until it's boring

Monthly mock interviews — technical and HR — with written feedback, aptitude drills, and group sessions where you'll hear other people's mistakes too.

Months 2–5
Step 04 · Face
Drives, and everything beyond them

Campus drives, plus an off-campus playbook with outreach templates and a curated fresher-opening feed. Your college's drive calendar stops being your ceiling.

Placement season
Step 05 · Win
Choosing well, not just fast

Two offers is a wonderful problem and most students handle it badly. We compare role, team, tech and CTC with you — then rehearse the polite ask.

What's inside

Four things that decide
whether you get picked

Not a video library you'll abandon in week two. Real humans, real feedback, every single month you're with us.

A resume that survives the software

Rebuilt for ATS first and human eyes second, with your projects rewritten into things a hiring manager can actually picture.

Mock interviews with real feedback

Technical and HR, with senior IT experts — plus a written scorecard afterwards so "you did okay" never has to be the review.

Market clarity, minus the myths

Which roles are actually hiring freshers, what they pay, what they screen for — instead of whatever your seniors' WhatsApp group insists this week.

Adults who answer on a Sunday

Direct access to mentors who've sat on the other side of the table. Ask the embarrassing question — that's genuinely what we're for.

Three student tracks

Pick the support
your moment needs.

Every track includes practical guidance, not generic videos. Every student track is ₹300 off right now — the crossed-out figure is the regular price. The Placement Partner success fee still applies only after you are placed.

Read this twice

We don't get you placed.
We get you ready.

Anyone promising a guaranteed job for a fee is either lying to you or selling something illegal. Here's exactly what we are not, so there is zero confusion before you pay us anything.

✕ No placement guarantee

We make no promise of a job, an offer, or a package. Nobody honest can. We guarantee preparation, feedback and access — for the whole term.

✕ No fake company tie-ups

We don't run recruitment drives and we have no arrangement where a company hires you because you paid us. You apply. We make sure you're worth shortlisting.

✕ No passive watching

This only works if you attend sessions, do the mocks and send the applications. If you want results without the work, please genuinely don't sign up.

✓ What we do promise

Small cohorts, founder access, written feedback every month, and an honest answer whenever you ask one — including the answers you won't enjoy.

Fair questions

Before you spend
a rupee of your own money

Asked plainly, answered plainly. Show this section to whoever's funding you.

Is LaunchPact a startup?+
Yes, and we would rather say so plainly than dress it up. LaunchPact is a young, independent company with a working team behind it — industry mentors drawn from IT, not career counsellors. That has a real consequence for you: the people on your calls have screened resumes and sat on interview panels themselves, rather than reading from a sales deck. It also means our fee structure is not a marketing choice. We are paid mostly after you are placed, so an engagement that does not work costs us more than it costs you.
Do you provide or guarantee a job?+
No, and nobody honest can. We do not employ you, we do not control hiring decisions, and any organisation promising a guaranteed job is either misleading you or charging you for one you could have found yourself. What we do is make you findable, prepared and properly represented — and then work every round with you. The only thing we genuinely guarantee is the fee structure: if you are never placed, you never pay us beyond the joining fee.
Do you work as a consultancy or staffing agency?+
No, and the distinction matters more than it sounds. A consultancy or staffing agency is paid by the employer — which makes you the product being sold, and makes their loyalty structurally theirs, not yours. We take no money from any company, ever. We are paid by you, which means we can tell you an offer is poor, a role is a step backwards, or a company is worth walking away from. We also do not put you on our payroll, bench you, or place you on a contract.
Are there any hidden charges?+
None. For students it is the track fee — ₹999 to ₹1,399 after the ₹300 launch offer — and on Placement Partner only, a 10% success fee on your first fixed CTC once you are placed. Beyond that there is nothing — no material fees, no platform fees, no per-interview or per-mock charges, no renewal, and no charge for any service listed on this page. You will see the exact fee in writing before you accept any offer, calculated on the fixed CTC only. If a number ever appears that you were not told about in advance, you do not owe it.
How many months does it take to get selected?+
We will not give you a date, because anyone who does is guessing. What we can give you is the honest pattern we see: profile rebuild and preparation take roughly three to four weeks; interview calls typically begin arriving four to eight weeks after that; offers most often land somewhere between two and four months from starting. Notice period, target role, seniority and the market all move that. Some people take longer, and we stay with them — there is no clock running out on you.
Do you have tie-ups with companies?+
No formal or paid tie-ups, and we will not pretend otherwise. We are not a placement agency with partner quotas to fill. What we do have is nine-plus years of personal network on each side of the table — former colleagues, hiring managers and recruiters who will look at a profile when we send it. Where that network genuinely reaches, you get a referral. Where it does not, we say so. The honest trade-off: no shortcuts, but also nobody paying us to place you somewhere that suits them and not you.
How does the recruitment support actually work?+
In sequence. One: a Beacon AI read plus a diagnostic conversation, producing a written plan. Two: resume, LinkedIn and Naukri rebuilt around the vocabulary your target roles use. Three: a ranked list of roles worth applying to, with referrals wherever our network reaches. Four: applications tracked, because timing changes outcomes. Five: mock rounds with written scorecards before the interview that counts. Six: offer benchmarking and negotiation rehearsal. One thing we deliberately do not do is apply on your behalf without your knowledge — it is your career and your credentials.
What happens if I fail the pre-assessment?+
You cannot fail it, because it is not an exam. The pre-assessment exists for our benefit, not as a filter for yours. It tells us where you are actually starting — what you know, what you have shipped, where the gaps sit — so we can build the right personalised plan rather than hand you a generic one. There is no pass mark and no rejection attached to it. A weaker result simply means your plan starts further back and is paced accordingly.
What is your benefit in this?+
A fair question, and the answer is deliberately simple. We earn in two places: the joining fee, and the success fee once you are placed. The success fee is by far the larger part — which means our income depends on your offer, not on your signup. If we enrolled people we could not help, we would do a great deal of unpaid work and then earn nothing. That is precisely why we turn candidates away, why we tell you when an offer is poor, and why we would rather lose a joining fee than take one from someone we cannot genuinely move.

Meet Beacon — the AI engine
that gets you found.

The first AI tool built by the LaunchPact team. Most people lose the job hunt before a human ever reads a word they wrote — filtered out by software, for reasons nobody tells them. Beacon shows you exactly why, in about a minute.

Here is the uncomfortable part of the current market: the first reader of your resume is not a person. It is a parser that scores you on keywords, structure and title match — and it rejects silently. No feedback, no reason, no reply.

Beacon reads your resume the same way that software does, compares it against live job descriptions for the role you actually want, and hands you a ranked list of what to fix first. Not generic advice. Your resume, your target role, your gaps.

Every finding is tied to a line in your own document. Beacon will tell you a keyword is missing — it will never quietly write it in for you. That single rule is why our mentors trust the output.

WHAT HAPPENS IN 60 SECONDS

1
Your resume is parsed
Layout, contact details, dates, sections — read exactly as an applicant tracking system would.
2
Live job posts are mined
Real postings for your target role, analysed for the vocabulary that keeps repeating.
3
Your gaps are found
Each keyword marked present, weak or missing — with the sentence that proves it.
4
You get a dated action list
Ranked by impact, with an owner and a due date. Then your mentor works it with you.
5
Your score climbs
Re-run it after every fix and watch the number move. Progress you can actually see.
4
Sub-scores behind your visibility number — each one explained
8
Live job posts mined to build your role's vocabulary
3
Evidence levels — present, weak, missing. No vague "improve this"
0
Claims invented on your behalf. Ever. You approve every word
◈

Reads like the machine that rejects you

Beacon detects the things that quietly break parsers — two-column layouts, contact details trapped in headers, inconsistent date formats, scanned pages with no readable text. The failures nobody ever tells you about, because the rejection email doesn't have a reason field.

⌁

Learns the language of your target role

It analyses a batch of real job descriptions and works out which terms genuinely matter — the ones that appear again and again across postings, separated from the filler. You stop guessing which keywords recruiters search for.

◉

Understands you, not just your spelling

It recognises that "data modelling", "data model" and "star schema" are the same conversation. So it can tell the difference between a skill you're missing and a skill you have but described badly — which are two completely different fixes.

↗

Ranks the roles worth your time

Point it at a stack of job descriptions and it scores your fit against each one, so you apply to the eight roles you can actually win instead of firing off eighty and hearing nothing. Your evenings back, essentially.

If you're already working

You're not short on experience — you're short on evidence that survives a keyword filter. Beacon finds the strong work already sitting in your resume that the software simply cannot see, and tells you how to surface it.

If you're still studying

You don't yet know what the market is asking for. Beacon shows you the exact vocabulary of the roles you're targeting — while you still have time to go and earn it, not just write it.

One profile. One visible score. One dated action list — and a human mentor accountable for every decision Beacon can't make for you.
