Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LaunchPact ("LaunchPact", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you visit launchpact.in or apply for our IT placement service. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and rules made thereunder).

We do not collect: government-issued IDs, bank details, passwords, biometric data, health information, or sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.

We will not use your data for unrelated marketing, profiling, or sell it to third parties.

We rely on your explicit, informed, and unambiguous consent given by ticking the consent checkbox on our application form. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 8). Withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of processing done before withdrawal.

9. Cookies and tracking

This site does not set any first-party cookies. Google Fonts (used for typography) may set technical cookies on Google's domain — see Google's Privacy Policy. We do not use analytics, retargeting pixels, or advertising trackers on this page. If we add any in the future, we will update this policy and obtain fresh consent.

10. Children's data

Our service targets working IT professionals and is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service evolves or the law changes. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be notified by email to existing applicants.

12. Grievance officer

In line with Section 8(10) of the DPDP Act and Rule 5(9) of the IT Rules:
