Screening software, scoring rubrics, salary bands, a script for every round. The process that decides your career was never explained to you. We hand you the entire rulebook — then work every round beside you until the offer letter lands.
Most experienced candidates never fail an interview. They never reach one. The application vanishes into a parser that scores structure and vocabulary, returns nothing, and explains less.
Years of real delivery work disappear because of a two-column layout and a job title only your last employer used. The rejection has no reason field.
Timing moves outcomes more than most people believe. Applying on day nine instead of day one quietly halves your odds, and nobody mentions it.
People take the first acceptable offer because nobody taught them the band. One unrehearsed negotiation can cost more than every course you've ever bought.
We get paid mostly after you're placed, which means taking the wrong person costs us months of unpaid work. So we'd genuinely rather you closed this tab now than joined and wasted both our time. Four reasons to walk away:
Still here? Then you're probably exactly who this was built for.
No modules to grind through alone. Every stage ships something you can see, owned by someone you can call.
Start stage one →A pre-assessment conversation and a full Beacon AI read. We establish where you actually stand, which roles and bands are realistic, and what's quietly blocking you. You get a written plan, not an opinion.
Resume rebuilt for the screening software first and the hiring manager second. LinkedIn and Naukri aligned to the same vocabulary, so a recruiter searching for you can find you.
A ranked list of roles worth your time. Referrals wherever our network reaches. Applications tracked properly, because timing changes outcomes.
Technical and managerial mocks with senior IT experts, in the real format, with a written scorecard each time. Rehearsed before the round that counts.
We benchmark against the band, rehearse the conversation line by line, and stay on it until you sign. This is the stage that pays for everything.
Our mentors are IT industry experts — people who have screened resumes, sat on interview panels and signed off on offers. Not career counsellors reading from a deck, and not a ticket queue. You get direct access, including the awkward questions — that is genuinely what we're here for.
One package. We don't hold the useful parts back for an upgrade you'll be asked about later.
Rewritten for the parser and the human, with your work expressed in outcomes a hiring manager can picture.
Visibility score, keyword coverage against live postings, dated action list. Re-run it after every change.
Tuned for recruiter search, not for your friends. Headline, skills and keywords matched to your targets.
Technical and managerial rounds with senior IT experts, in the real format, with written scorecards.
Where our contacts genuinely reach. We'll never pretend a door exists when it doesn't.
What your target role actually pays, by band and city, so you negotiate from evidence instead of hope.
The exact conversation, practised line by line — including the counter, and the silence after it.
IT industry experts on your calls. Not a counsellor with a script, and not a support ticket.
Beacon is LaunchPact's own tool. Here is exactly what it does with your resume — no vague promises about “optimisation”.
Beacon extracts your text the way an applicant tracking system would, then flags the specific things that break parsers: two-column layouts, contact details buried in a header, inconsistent date formats, scanned pages with no readable text. You get each fault named, not a generic score.
Give it six to eight live postings for the job you want. Beacon counts how many of those postings each term appears in and keeps only the ones that recur — separating genuine requirements from filler. That becomes your role's vocabulary.
Each term is labelled Present, Weak or Missing — and for Present and Weak it quotes the exact sentence from your resume that proves it. Weak means you have the experience but described it in words no recruiter searches for. That is a rewrite, not a gap.
A visibility score out of 100, built from four sub-scores you can see: parse safety, profile completeness, title alignment and knockout readiness. Then a dated action list, ranked by how many points each fix is worth. Re-run it after every change.
One joining fee, at the level your situation actually needs — ₹2,999, ₹5,999 or ₹8,999. After that we're paid a small percentage of the annual fixed CTC you land, and that percentage is the same whichever track you start on. Aligned incentives are the business model here, not a slogan.
A career break, an early-career start or a domain change needs more runway than a straight next-step move. So the joining fee has three levels — and that is the only thing that changes. The milestones are identical, and the success fee is identical, on every track.

The success fee never changes. 8–12% of your new fixed CTC on every track, payable only after you are placed and spread across three months. A higher onboarding track buys you more structure at the start — it does not buy us a bigger cut at the end.
Not sure which one fits? That is what the free strategy call is for. We will tell you honestly, and we will not recommend more than your situation needs — recommending Summit to someone who needs Launch would just make them resent us for six months.
Total paid to LaunchPact in year one: ₹86,999 — and every rupee of it beyond your joining fee depends on you having an offer letter. No offer, no invoice. That's the whole pact.
A staffing agency is paid by the employer. A course is paid upfront regardless of outcome. We're paid by you — and mostly only once you're placed.
Call, message or write. We answer everything ourselves — including the questions that end with you deciding we're not the right fit.
