We stay with you through the final steps: understanding the offer and comparing the important details, preparing for the salary conversation, getting ready for your notice period and joining formalities, and settling into the new role.
IT placement support is hands-on help getting hired into a software or IT role. At LaunchPact it means a resume and profile rebuild that our Beacon AI tool scores first, recruiter outreach on your behalf, mock interviews with senior IT professionals, and salary negotiation coaching, from your first call until you have an offer.
There are two payments. First, a joining fee when you start: ₹2,999, ₹5,999 or ₹8,999 for switching jobs in IT (Launch, Ascend or Summit), ₹8,999 for moving into IT, and ₹999, ₹1,199 or ₹1,399 for final-year placement at the current launch prices. Second, a success fee after you accept an offer: 8% of your new fixed CTC up to ₹6 LPA, 10% from ₹6 to ₹12 LPA and 12% above ₹12 LPA, paid once, after you get the job. Students pay a flat 10% on Placement Partner only.
You pay no success fee. The joining fee covers work already performed, so it is not refundable once the engagement has begun, except where we have failed to deliver the service. There is no other charge.
No, and nobody honest can. We do not employ you and we do not control hiring decisions. We guarantee the preparation: the resume, the recruiter outreach, the interview practice and the negotiation support.
Yes. LaunchPact is a young, independent company with a working team of industry mentors drawn from IT. Because we are paid mostly after you are placed, an engagement that does not work costs us more than it costs you.
No. We take no money from any company, so we are not a staffing agency or consultancy, and we never put you on our payroll or on a contract. We have no formal or paid tie-ups. We do have a network of recruiters and hiring managers, and where it genuinely reaches your target companies we send a referral.
We will not give a date, because anyone who does is guessing. The usual pattern is three to four weeks for the rebuild and preparation, interview calls starting some weeks after that, and offers most often landing between two and four months from the start. Your notice period, target role and the market all move that.
Switch jobs in IT is for people working in IT who want a better role, company or pay. Move into IT is a six-month program for changing field. Final-year placement is for final and pre-final year students getting ready for placement season. If you are unsure, call or message us and we will tell you honestly which one fits.
Yes, and many people do. If you have the time, you can rewrite your resume, find recruiters and practise interviews on your own. LaunchPact is for people who have tried that and keep hitting silence.
No. The free ATS check scores your resume in your browser. The file is not uploaded unless you attach it to an application form.
If you apply, your resume is stored in a private folder, and we accept PDF, DOC and DOCX files up to 3 MB. Your phone number, current pay and expected pay are encrypted in our records, and records are deleted after 12 months.
Courses teach skills, usually to freshers. LaunchPact starts where you already have the skills and focuses on how you are presented, who sees you and how you negotiate. If your real problem is a missing skill, we will tell you on the first call and point you somewhere honest.
