You're not being rejected.
You're being filtered.

Most experienced candidates never fail an interview. They never reach one. The application vanishes into a parser that scores structure and vocabulary, returns nothing, and explains less.

Invisible to the software

Years of real delivery work disappear because of a two-column layout and a job title only your last employer used. The rejection has no reason field.

Applying at the wrong moment

Timing moves outcomes more than most people believe. Applying on day nine instead of day one quietly halves your odds, and nobody mentions it.

Accepting the first number

People take the first acceptable offer because nobody taught them the band. One unrehearsed negotiation can cost more than every course you've ever bought.

02 — Read this before applying

Honestly? Most people
should not apply.

We get paid mostly after you're placed, which means taking the wrong person costs us months of unpaid work. So we'd genuinely rather you closed this tab now than joined and wasted both our time. Four reasons to walk away:

You want someone to do it for youWe won't apply to jobs pretending to be you, and we won't write achievements you didn't earn. If that's what you're shopping for, we're the wrong team.
You want a guaranteed jobWe don't sell one, because nobody can honestly deliver one. If a competitor promised you a guarantee, ask them to put it in the contract and watch what happens.
You can't give it a few hours a weekMocks, revisions, applications. We do the heavy lifting, but nobody has ever been hired without showing up to their own job search.
You want reassurance, not the truthWe will tell you your resume is weak, your target is unrealistic, or your offer is bad. If that lands badly, this will be an uncomfortable few months.

Still here? Then you're probably exactly who this was built for.

03 — How it works

Five stages.
A name against each one.

No modules to grind through alone. Every stage ships something you can see, owned by someone you can call.

Start stage one →
01

Diagnostic & positioning

A pre-assessment conversation and a full Beacon AI read. We establish where you actually stand, which roles and bands are realistic, and what's quietly blocking you. You get a written plan, not an opinion.

02

Profile reconstruction

Resume rebuilt for the screening software first and the hiring manager second. LinkedIn and Naukri aligned to the same vocabulary, so a recruiter searching for you can find you.

03

Targeted applications

A ranked list of roles worth your time. Referrals wherever our network reaches. Applications tracked properly, because timing changes outcomes.

04

Interview preparation

Technical and managerial mocks with senior IT experts, in the real format, with a written scorecard each time. Rehearsed before the round that counts.

05

Offer & negotiation

We benchmark against the band, rehearse the conversation line by line, and stay on it until you sign. This is the stage that pays for everything.

04 — Who you actually work with

A team that has sat on the other side of the table.

Our mentors are IT industry experts — people who have screened resumes, sat on interview panels and signed off on offers. Not career counsellors reading from a deck, and not a ticket queue. You get direct access, including the awkward questions — that is genuinely what we're here for.

05 — What you get

Everything's in the box.
There is no upper tier.

One package. We don't hold the useful parts back for an upgrade you'll be asked about later.

01

ATS-ready resume

Rewritten for the parser and the human, with your work expressed in outcomes a hiring manager can picture.

02

Beacon AI analysis

Visibility score, keyword coverage against live postings, dated action list. Re-run it after every change.

03

LinkedIn & Naukri

Tuned for recruiter search, not for your friends. Headline, skills and keywords matched to your targets.

04

Mock interviews

Technical and managerial rounds with senior IT experts, in the real format, with written scorecards.

05

Network referrals

Where our contacts genuinely reach. We'll never pretend a door exists when it doesn't.

06

Salary benchmarking

What your target role actually pays, by band and city, so you negotiate from evidence instead of hope.

07

Negotiation rehearsal

The exact conversation, practised line by line — including the counter, and the silence after it.

08

Direct mentor access

IT industry experts on your calls. Not a counsellor with a script, and not a support ticket.

06 — Beacon AI

We built our own AI, because
guesswork was costing you interviews.

Beacon is LaunchPact's own tool. Here is exactly what it does with your resume — no vague promises about “optimisation”.

STEP 01

It reads your resume as a machine does

Beacon extracts your text the way an applicant tracking system would, then flags the specific things that break parsers: two-column layouts, contact details buried in a header, inconsistent date formats, scanned pages with no readable text. You get each fault named, not a generic score.

STEP 02

It learns what your target role really asks for

Give it six to eight live postings for the job you want. Beacon counts how many of those postings each term appears in and keeps only the ones that recur — separating genuine requirements from filler. That becomes your role's vocabulary.

STEP 03

It marks every keyword against your evidence

Each term is labelled Present, Weak or Missing — and for Present and Weak it quotes the exact sentence from your resume that proves it. Weak means you have the experience but described it in words no recruiter searches for. That is a rewrite, not a gap.

STEP 04

It scores you, then tells you what to fix first

A visibility score out of 100, built from four sub-scores you can see: parse safety, profile completeness, title alignment and knockout readiness. Then a dated action list, ranked by how many points each fix is worth. Re-run it after every change.

0
Point visibility score, from four sub-scores you can actually inspect
0
Evidence levels — Present, Weak, Missing — each backed by a quote
0
Claims written on your behalf. It reports gaps, it never invents experience
Why that last number matters. Beacon will tell you a keyword is missing. It will never quietly add it to your resume. Anything it cannot evidence from your own document becomes a question for you to answer — which is exactly why our mentors trust its output, and why nothing in your resume is something you cannot defend in the interview.
How you get it. Your free strategy call includes a Beacon read of your profile and an honest walkthrough of what it found. The full written report, action list, ATS-safe resume and unlimited re-scores come with enrolment — we don't sell the report separately.
07 — Pricing

From ₹2,999 today. The rest
only if you actually win.

One joining fee, at the level your situation actually needs — ₹2,999, ₹5,999 or ₹8,999. After that we're paid a small percentage of the annual fixed CTC you land, and that percentage is the same whichever track you start on. Aligned incentives are the business model here, not a slogan.

Everyone finishes the same way.
Not everyone starts the same way.

A career break, an early-career start or a domain change needs more runway than a straight next-step move. So the joining fee has three levels — and that is the only thing that changes. The milestones are identical, and the success fee is identical, on every track.

The success fee never changes. 8–12% of your new fixed CTC on every track, payable only after you are placed and spread across three months. A higher onboarding track buys you more structure at the start — it does not buy us a bigger cut at the end.

Not sure which one fits? That is what the free strategy call is for. We will tell you honestly, and we will not recommend more than your situation needs — recommending Summit to someone who needs Launch would just make them resent us for six months.

08 — The difference

Who pays them decides
who they're really for.

Is LaunchPact a startup?+
Yes, and we would rather say so plainly than dress it up. LaunchPact is a young, independent company with a working team behind it — industry mentors drawn from IT, not career counsellors. That has a real consequence for you: the people on your calls have screened resumes and sat on interview panels themselves, rather than reading from a sales deck. It also means our fee structure is not a marketing choice. We are paid mostly after you are placed, so an engagement that does not work costs us more than it costs you.
Do you provide or guarantee a job?+
No, and nobody honest can. We do not employ you, we do not control hiring decisions, and any organisation promising a guaranteed job is either misleading you or charging you for one you could have found yourself. What we do is make you findable, prepared and properly represented — and then work every round with you. The only thing we genuinely guarantee is the fee structure: if you are never placed, you never pay us beyond the joining fee.
Do you work as a consultancy or staffing agency?+
No, and the distinction matters more than it sounds. A consultancy or staffing agency is paid by the employer — which makes you the product being sold, and makes their loyalty structurally theirs, not yours. We take no money from any company, ever. We are paid by you, which means we can tell you an offer is poor, a role is a step backwards, or a company is worth walking away from. We also do not put you on our payroll, bench you, or place you on a contract.
Are there any hidden charges?+
None. For professionals it is your joining fee — ₹2,999, ₹5,999 or ₹8,999 depending on the track — then a one-time success fee of 8–12% of your new fixed CTC, payable only after you are placed and spread over three months. The success fee is identical on all three tracks; a higher track buys more structure at the start, not a bigger cut at the end. Beyond that there is nothing — no material fees, no platform fees, no per-interview or per-mock charges, no renewal, and no charge for any service listed on this page. You will see the exact fee in writing before you accept any offer, calculated on the fixed CTC only. If a number ever appears that you were not told about in advance, you do not owe it.
How many months does it take to get selected?+
We will not give you a date, because anyone who does is guessing. What we can give you is the honest pattern we see: profile rebuild and preparation take roughly three to four weeks; interview calls typically begin arriving four to eight weeks after that; offers most often land somewhere between two and four months from starting. Notice period, target role, seniority and the market all move that. Some people take longer, and we stay with them — there is no clock running out on you.
Do you have tie-ups with companies?+
No formal or paid tie-ups, and we will not pretend otherwise. We are not a placement agency with partner quotas to fill. What we do have is a team with reach on both sides of the table — former colleagues, hiring managers and recruiters who will look at a profile when we send it. Where that network genuinely reaches, you get a referral. Where it does not, we say so. The honest trade-off: no shortcuts, but also nobody paying us to place you somewhere that suits them and not you.
How does the recruitment support actually work?+
In sequence. One: a Beacon AI read plus a diagnostic conversation, producing a written plan. Two: resume, LinkedIn and Naukri rebuilt around the vocabulary your target roles use. Three: a ranked list of roles worth applying to, with referrals wherever our network reaches. Four: applications tracked, because timing changes outcomes. Five: mock rounds with written scorecards before the interview that counts. Six: offer benchmarking and negotiation rehearsal. One thing we deliberately do not do is apply on your behalf without your knowledge — it is your career and your credentials.
What happens if I fail the pre-assessment?+
You cannot fail it, because it is not an exam. The pre-assessment exists for our benefit, not as a filter for yours. It tells us where you are actually starting — what you know, what you have shipped, where the gaps sit — so we can build the right personalised plan rather than hand you a generic one. There is no pass mark and no rejection attached to it. A weaker result simply means your plan starts further back and is paced accordingly.
What is your benefit in this?+
A fair question, and the answer is deliberately simple. We earn in two places: the joining fee, and the success fee once you are placed. The success fee is by far the larger part — which means our income depends on your offer, not on your signup. If we enrolled people we could not help, we would do a great deal of unpaid work and then earn nothing. That is precisely why we turn candidates away, why we tell you when an offer is poor, and why we would rather lose a joining fee than take one from someone we cannot genuinely move.
